All Metra products are shipped from the United Kingdom.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM (UK time) will be processed on the next business day after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Items marked "Out of Stock" will be restocked and available for purchase at a later date.

Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipping time begins once this confirmation email is sent.

We offer express international shipping via DHL and FedEx to most countries.

For orders shipped outside the UK, local customs duties and taxes may apply.
All product prices are listed exclusive of these charges, and customers are responsible for any applicable fees upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
